I wanted to save some of my (free) ticket rewards (#4) and decided to use some of my 900 points for a free 300 point ticket.
I used the app and selected the Movie Ticket Reward under Rewards. At this point I’m thinking my reward points will decrease to 600 points and I will have purchased a (free) ticket. However, when I looked at my account. I did get the ticket for no charge (300 points), but my actual reward tickets had decreased to now #3 tickets in my account. WHAT?! Did Cinemark take 300 points from my account and also take one of my earned ticket rewards? Don’t understand how that happened. Kept thinking my reward ticket would reappear back in my account, but it never did.
What happened? Should I use all my earned ticket rewards up before using my points for a free ticket?
