How to make shoulder designs?
Its my first time cosplaying and I really want to make a cosplay for agnes tachyon but im kinda broke, so I decided that I wanted to make it myself. I have a plain labcoat and I already decided on how im gonna make the vials and stuff, but im having trouble with how im gonna design her shoulder thingymabobs. Do you guys have any suggestions?
