Is there ever a situation where you would disown your kid? Only reason i'd ever disown my kid is if they were a Flyers fan, other than that id stick around.

Whether Ovi comes back next year or not, when he eventually retires from the Caps, he should sign a one game contract with Pittsburgh, just like they did with Marc-André Fleury last season. Seeing Ovi in a Pens jersey for one night would be unbelievably cool and would make for an awesome send off to such a legend. He’s already highly respected by Penguins fans here. He got a standing ovation at PPG Paints Arena, so making him an honorary Penguin just makes sense to me
