First cEDH deck
As the title says I'm getting started in cEDH, since I'm not familiar with the metagame I'd need some help to find a deck that fits me.

I've played a lot of Storm in Modern, also Amulet Titan and various midrange piles. Looking at the most popular decks I think I'd enjoy either a combo deck (storm or lands) or a midrange goodstuff pile.

I've played EDH also, I have a deck that I could transform into cEDH but I don't think the commander is meta right now. It's [[Yidris, Maelstrom Wielder]], a 4C cascade/storm combo deck.

The decks I'm most interested are Lumra or Wandering Minstrel (I prefer 5C over mono green), RogSi and Sissay.
The deck that could fit me more is RogSi but I miss playing green.

Is there any URBG commander(s) to play a storm deck? How does Sissay play? It's a combo deck or it's just legendary creatures and midrange cards? Any other recommendations?

Ok I know Grixis Reanimator or Hollow One are probably better decks than this mess, but this idea came to me in a fever dream and wanted to get some feedback.

The idea of the deck is to abuse Detective Phoenix for constant aggression with cheap creatures like Nethergoyf or FOMO while having the opportunity to push the unfair button and reanimate an Archon or an Overlord, even more unfair if you bestow a bird under them. The LOTR cyclers are amazing fueling the phoenix and they're an "ok" target for Persist in a pinch.

You have 8 ways to discard your fatties, 8 cards to reanimate them, tho they feel awfully slow compared to Unearth. I feel like 8 slots for interaction is a bit low and Bolt is not optimal but the list is not definitive. Arena of Glory plays nice with Kroxa and FOMO, even with an escaped Nethergoyf, but I miss some more cheap creatures to abuse it like DRC or Ragavan. Also missing some artifacts to push up the delirium like Bauble, Hollow One or Cori but I can't find place for them in this list.

I'm planning on playing some Jund for the rest of the season. I know the meta has to settle but what would you change in this archetype? Tarmogoyf? More Fables?
Any sideboard card Vs Eldrazi or Living End that I'm missing (those are popular in my LGS)
