New Point system and your thoughts

What do you guys think about the new point system for attendance? I think it's flawed, exploitable, and generally dislike it. The other day I worked 3 additional hours after my shift because my coworker (who's chill) called out and my manager needed overnight coverage. But, you know, it was fun.

Anyhow, I'm curious what everyone else thinks about the new system.

What's the longest shift you've worked at Wawa?

During the "blizzard of the decade" something or other in January/February I walked to work, worked a 24 hour shift, and got a lift home. Got in at 12:15, left at 12:15. My FBM asked if I could stay for the overnight, promising he'd find coverage for my first shift the next day (Monday). Spoiler, he didn't. My GM comes in at 5, after I've been working for 17 consecutive hours and gone through a box of gloves all by myself, and I tell her I'm not leaving because my parents would be mad thinking I called out of my shift. She tells me she won't argue with me, then calls in 2 managers to get me outta there. I was 45 minutes away from working with every manager in a single shift because my AGM had snow-related car trouble. The thing is, when they're paying me 26 bucks an hour for more than a full shift, I'm not gonna say no lmao

Payment Elections Question

I have a Roth IRA that I'm investing a few bucks a week in and I wanted to route a dollar amount to that account and the rest in my High-Yield Savings Account. Right now I'm able to put all of my money in the same place via direct deposit, but I can't split 30 and the "balance" button because it wants me to use balance for both. Any way around this if I work a variable number of hours every week and my pay varies?
