I personally didn‘t receive a notification tho so I can recommend checking your emails by hand;;

I too got hit with the ban wave after 6 years of playing and am super upset about this.
And tbf with the current state of the company I'm not very hopeful of getting my account back.
I find it also very questionable that I am able to get banned for "abusive behaviour" as I literally only played V's route since start of 2025 and haven't even participated in the party.
Last year I bought both bundles and be'd even more upset if that was for nothing now.
I've seen people speculate that their system is flagging people with alot of hour glasses... I got a majority of mine through the bundles so being banned for that would be quiet silly..
