I was rooting for them. But I’ve been seeing videos of Ashley’s live about them breaking up. Who has the details?

I’m new to selling on EBay, like really really new. I sold my first item, shipped and confirmed as delivered. Funds were to be available today but they are still marked as “on hold”. I have my bank account attached to the payout method with the option to payout as soon as funds are available. But what is the hold up? Is it the bank?
