Old beardie in rough state

Would love some comment and advice on what to do. My beardie is about 10 years old now, last year and a half she has had gradual reduction in apetite, lately basically 0 in last 2 months. I think ive managed her to ear less than pinkys worth of greens, one roach and 3 supers since march. Not a sudden change, since start of last year she has gradually startrd eating less.

She still moves a bit, poops a bit, drinks a bit, but she is basically skin and bones at this point. No black beard or stress indicators, just seems to have slowed down gradually.

She doesnt look bad besides the very obvious 0 fat pads left in neither the tail or the head, just reminds me of my 95 yo grandma before she passed away earlier this year...

Not quite sure what to do here, exotic vets are not a thing nearby and im not sure how many 1-2 hour trips she can survive just for a normal check up, if that is even the choice here.

Any advice would be appreciated.
