I recently moved and I was really excited to get fiber internet.

I signed up for the 500 gb plan and down and up speeds have been as advertised.

The problem is when I start playing games on my desktop my game will freeze because network freezes.

I've never had this problem before and its been really disappointing experience so far.

Desktop is connected via ethernet cable and I found this to occur even when connected directly to the ONT.

My TV streaming have the same issue, either freeze or drops to 240 resolution for a few seconds to minutes.

I called tech support several times but no luck. And they had the audacity to charge me $150, which took 2 phone calls to get reversed over a month - TWICE.

At this point i don't think im going to bother sticking around unless someone here can help fix my ongoing problem

So both my Toto toilets upstairs will fill up to the brim (but below the water holes) and then flush - not a slow drain, actually flush like a normal toilet but only after it fills up. Water returns to normal level after.

My downstairs american standard flushes how i prefer - strong n fast, it doesnt fill up. It just shoots everything down and fills up to normal level.

I was thinking that it was simply the toilet designs. But a quick google suggested it might've been something else. Possibly a venting issue.

Just wanted to see what people think before i called a local plumber/buy new toilets.
