How long for missing points to be added?

Back in March 2026, I had a flight that was booked without my Aeroplan number. So afterward I tried to use the app/website to add the missing points. However, that did not work and so I ended up calling their customer service phone number. the support agent was also unable to make it work and suggested that I use their email credits@aircanada.ca. She said all the information I provided to her should have worked but it’s strange that their system couldn’t do it I have sent the email and received an automated acknowledgement email back. So it is now the middle of May and I’m just wondering if others have gone through this same process and how long they waited?

Remember that even suburbs don't like cars

Cul-de-sac and all that it entails is a common street design pattern in North America that discourage non-resident cars from driving through that area. That is to say, suburban designs know people don't like cars yet force them to live with it.

Now whether it is intentional or not, these autonomous cars appear to be using these areas as a form of "public parking space". It is no doubt difficult for current sloppy LLM to figure out actual valid parking spots. So instead, these cars circle around public streets as an "active wait" mode while wasting gas, electricity, space, and pollution. This is an absolute joke from all perspectives in my humble opinion. These folks they interviewed in the video are so close to figuring this all out...

Kelowna shade trees cut down to make way for bike lanes

My knee jerk reaction is that I dislike the framing of blaming a potential new bike lane as destructive to the trees and environment. I see a 3 or 4 lanes road there with parking lanes. I wonder if there is any consideration on taking out one of those lanes instead? Anybody from Kelowna here who can help answer this?
