Web Browser Play is Unplayable

Crash Videos and Browser Versions

Currently the web version of the game is basically unplayable. I am seeing crashes every 5-10 minutes of playing regardless of what browser I am using.

In my videos I am using the newest versions of Chrome and Opera GX.

I've also done the typical troubleshooting of cache clear, restarts and uninstall reinstall.

I went ahead and searched around reddit a little to see if there have been any similar reports and turns out there have been.

This one is slightly different in that it is about it getting stuck at 99%.

I have submitted a ticket to Scopely support, but I feel like making a post always does more than the tickets.

So I guess my question is, is this being looked into?

Update: Here is there response in 17mins time! I appreciate the speed, but this is just a generic copy paste answer to browser issues and immediately closed before I answer back. I love that the last note is "Hey! Don't you guys have phones?"

- Try changing everything from using another device, internet connection, etc.
- Clearing your browser's tabs, history, and cache (this mostly reported by the players that helps the most)

- Try accessing the game through other browsers
- Make sure to turn off ad blockers, VPN, and such
- Use incognito as well
- Also, switching to other tabs or apps during the loading screen will make the loading stuck

If the issue persists, it would be best to play the game through the MSF app as it provide the most optimal gaming experience.
