Opium Cherub Ring just arrived bent / crooked
new ring finally came in, but the pipe piece appears bent and crooked — is this a significant defect? no other photos I’ve found of the piece online show this bend in the pipe segment of the ring.
this was also appears to have been the last in my size from CETTIRE, so I’m assuming an exchange is out of the question.
so what should I consider next? is it worth it to reach out to CETTIRE customer service over the defect?
** incredible details on this piece otherwise. I’d considered getting it looked at / adjusted by a jeweler with appropriate tools, as sterling is known for being relatively soft and easy to adjust
