Need help with modding EGS version of the game
I am new to modding and was following this video to install Viva new vegas into my epic games version. I used wabbajack just like in the video. I had followed it to the point where we place the files from the "__Files Requiring Manual Install" folder to the "Fallout New Vegas English" folder and apply the patch but it keeps giving the following error:
INVALID EXE VERSION: 946C3D237BE65F6EBA06700A5A227CE8E587049F
I then applied the epic games patcher from nexus mods and it successfully patches the games but I keep getting the same error when I use the FNVpatch.exe.
I then used the "__BSA Decompressor" in the VNV just like in the video and after decompressing, have been running the games via the ModOrganizer.
I have tried to verify files and redo these steps but it hasn't worked.
Does someone know how to fix this and if can use a save file from the unmodded version in the modded game ?
