WW and pregnancy

I just found out that I am pregnant and I know your not supposed to do WW while pregnant, but with the app now telling you your calorie and macro amounts, would it still be safe to do if you used that tool? I looked at what your supposed to eat while pregnant, and its pretty much the same as what WW wants you to eat ( greens, lean meat, fruits and veggies). Plus, the first trimester is no extra calories, second is 350 cal extra and third is 450 extra. So could I just get to my usual points and eat zero point foods until I hit my calories?

What are some super quick prep meals that are WW friendly

So usually I meal prep before the days that I work. However, this week it was like one thing after another, so I didn't have time to make my dinners for work. What some of your quick meal prep meals?

What are some of your favorite take to work dinners?

I have lost 25 pounds since mid April and I would like to keep it up! However, I am someone who likes variety in foods, and I am already running out of ideas for work dinners.

Now, I say dinner instead of lunch because I work 10am-10pm, so I take my meal at 6pm, so I eat lunch AND dinner at work.

My usual are:

Turkey Chili

Spaghetti

Burrito Bowl

Morning Star Black Bean Burger

Does any one else have any good take to work/good warmed up dinner ideas?
