Has anyone been able to do it? What did you use?

I haven't seen any threads about this here. Reported it last night after Blade failed to block Starjammers from gaining Speed stat from Havoc's Passive in a Crucible match. Support replied that it is a known issue.

Since all the Crucible Offense bonuses only require 4 total Dread members, what is everyone's thoughts on which of the reworks is the most skippable?

I'm kind of leaning towards Bullseye, myself.
