I saw this post urging people to report and block a TikTok account that features videos of Punch being attacked. So I went and reported that TikTok profile too. But while majority find this TikTok account vile and disturbing, there are others who find it entertaining, to say the least. In the comment section, they post screenshots of the attacks. But they are being ignored. And that's the best counterattack we can make against those SOBs.

Just report the accounts, do not engage because that keeps them motivated. Not just about Punch but also other posts of abused animals.

That said, I have a question. If matrilineal lineage is essential for becoming a high-ranking male or female within the troop, how did Otome become one of the highest-ranking females? She was abandoned by her mother and hand-reared, grew up with Goron (the alpha at the time), and eventually became part of Momo's family, with Momo being one of the troop's high-ranking females.

Given that, what are the chances of Punch eventually becoming an alpha? Maybe if he grows up into a large, strong adult macaque and can challenge the other adult males?
