What do you think to my ‘Uncs Only’ team
Wouldn’t mind any suggestions for other uncs I can add to the team, was thinking about santi cazorla or mata next. And I know about the chemistry, but this is just for fun. I will be evoing Ronny next too.

Best ST I have used this fifa, the GOAT
I’m looking at potentially buying this c30. It has 56k miles, good MOT history, is going for just over £5k, and is in the beautiful rebel blue.
It is a private sale so I would have no buyer protection and so wanted to know how risky (or not) buying this car would be. My last car (Hyundai veloster turbo) decided to shit a con rod through the engine block 2 weeks after buying it, luckily I had got it from a dealer and had the protection there to get a refund; so safe to say I’m a little paranoid since this occurred.
I would be able to get a years extended warranty coverage for it too having got a few quotes for around £550.
TLDR: never owned a Volvo, are c30’s prone to anything catastrophic happening to them and would this purchase be a good idea.
I’m looking for some advice on whether I’m entitled to reject a used car and obtain a refund.
Timeline:
Initially I agreed to let the dealer repair the car. He chose to process the repair through the warranty company rather than repairing it himself.
Since then there have been repeated delays:
The dealer has provided me with a courtesy car throughout this period (he says he doesn’t normally do this), but after waiting so long I’ve now found another car I’d like to buy and asked to reject the Veloster and receive a refund instead.
The dealer has refused.

My questions are:
I’d really appreciate any thoughts, particularly from anyone familiar with the Consumer Rights Act or motor trade disputes.
Just picked up a veloster turbo today and traded in my non turbo one, absolutely buzzing (the non turbo was my first car).
I love these cars and just wondered why they never really sold over here, despite selling well in continental Europe and Northern America (plus they get the veloster N in those countries).
They are so unique to most cars you see on the road, but clearly us brits thought only having 3 doors was a bit too uncivilised.
