2019 ford edge se

So I just purchased a 2019 ford edge se with 82k miles on it from Carvana. What would everyone do with it immediately? Not sure if there is problems with it or not because I think it’s just the iffy 8 speed transmission but it shifts weird. Not rough just weird. I was thinking fluid swap and a look through from a mechanic?

4 months today no vape and these are my withdrawals

So, previously miscalculated because for a long time well.. time was taking forever. 4 months this month and I just wanted to share my experience because I felt crazy and sometimes still do because the nicotine withdrawals made me feel this way. Context: smoked cigarettes for years then switched to vaping and puffed on my vape what felt like thousands of times a day for years.
My Withdrawals!

  1. PANIC! Holy hell I had horrible panic attacks. Still now, I have some light ones that I’m able to snap myself out of but this lasted for about 2 1/2 months. Now it’s turned into a swelling generalized anxiety where something happens and I’m like “oh shit am I dying?.. oh wait I’m ok” been to the doctor and I’m generally healthy (fat though)

  2. Mood swings from hell for a bit. I thought I was going to kill someone. It was wild. I still get a little iffy sometimes but I’m doing much much better.

  3. My ADHD became soooooo much worse. I quickly realized that I had probably been using nicotine as a stimulant for my ADHD for so long that my body didn’t know how to cope without it. Boy let me tell ya… I got jittery as helllllllll trying to get it out.

  4. Dizziness.. random dizzy spells that I haven’t been able to tie to anything other than not vaping honestly. Everything’s good with me, nothing crazy going on but ever since I stopped I just randomly get dizzy for a second and then I’m pretty ok. Doesn’t help the anxiety or panic bit either.

  5. Sinuses!! Holy shit they don’t like me. I have to remember my body is rebuilding/repairing and sinuses is a part of that. I have been constantly congested after about a month in.

The biggest thing to note is you’re not crazy for feeling anything. Nicotine is a drug and it’s SO easily accessible in vaping form. While my withdrawals are hell/have been hell it’s going to pay off in the end and I know that and the people here that have stopped know that as well. Just keep it up! I just wanted to share. ❤️

Quit smoking anxiety and panic

So I quit smoking ~ 3 months ago. At first I was pretty ok then after about a week of quitting I started having panic attacks so bad I thought I was having a heart attack. Slowly it subsided after 2 months I was pretty ok then to now, last night actually, I woke up from a panic attack. Dr says it’s from quitting basically but I guess I’m just wondering if anyone’s been through the same thing after quitting or am I just crazy?
