As a few of you may recall, about 4-5 days ago I made a post about a truck I found on marketplace. Anyways, I made the drive out there today, paid $2,800 for it, and attempted the drive home. The first 10-20 miles was miserable, (it slightly overheated and was backfiring anytime I tried to give it throttle) but after that it went smooth. It ran almost like new going over the cascade mountains. Im happy to report it made the 300 miles home without needing to be towed or trailered! It definitely needs some work but it will get taken care of eventually.

I found this 1988 Chevy K3500 for “$3k OBO” on marketplace. Supposedly it runs and drives but it’s 320 miles away. I’m going to attempt to drive it home but the seller says they wouldn’t trust it. What do y’all think? This is going to be fun if I buy it!
