Need advice: I want to serve in Ukraine but can never serve in the exact native SSO Q course/unit I want cz im a foreigner I face 2 choices: serve in a tier 1 special force unit in my country or serve in a basic infantry role in Ukraine

If u served in an english speaking SSO unit (or any other unit) for a long time and learned fluent Ukrainian. can u transfer into a native ukrainian sso unit/ do a q course with everyone if u get in.or is that impossible even if u spent a lot of time in other units or eventually naturalized?
