What are some good authentic areas to visit in Barcelona?

25M visiting Barcelona in mid July and would love to get out of the touristy areas whilst I’m there. Are there any good areas a little further out from the centre you would suggest visiting?

Is it quite common for people to have never been to other cities in UK?

I spoke with a retired man in London today and he said he has never been to Bristol or Birmingham despite living in London his whole life. Had me thinking, is this quite common for me to not travel to other parts of the country?

What things about the uk do you think can be left in the late 2010s/early 2020s?

I am saying roadman culture. It’s cringe, inauthentic and makes people appear dim.

Did comedies peak in the 2000s and early 2010s?

Curious in getting your opinion on this. Can’t remember last time I watched a recent comedy that left me in stitches

Got caught doing 39 in a 30 zone

Got caught doing 39mph in a 30 mph zone just before it turns to 40mph. Stupid mistake as it’s my regular commute but it is what it is. It’s my first time offence so was wondering if there would be any leniency on getting a speed awareness course or will it be an automatic 3 points?
