Just putting it out there because several people have mentioned how she never mentions her charity anymore. Non-profit’s taxes/donations are public information. Alix has donated $6500 total to the non-profit that runs her charity. Aside from that, when you actually look at the charity you realize her publicist, Cait Bailey, is married to who? Mario Carbone. The same Carbone that provides the space, prep, and supplies for the charity. Mario Carbone already had a relationship with the Caesar-Iglesias foundation before Alix made the charity.

Next time you go to anything put on by thank you for dancing I recommend you reconsider for several reasons:

1)One his businesses was forcefully closed recently. Why? I am still uncertain.

2. His first time ever putting an event on he chose the Trump and continues to do so. He talks about the amount of $ he needed and didnt have.. but somehow got to rent the Trump out for his first event in the podcast I screenshotted here. Anyone who argues that the money doesn’t support Trump is wrong. It’s a large amount to rent the space and he owns the property. There’s several other venues along the river you can rent to use and I’ve done it.

3. Some ppl who commented on another post tried saying Kyle has always been about hospitality but he actually originally made his business to be called “Only girls talent management LLC”. if you look, most of the staff for thank you for dancing are young women who just graduated school which made me raise an eyebrow.

4)Azure is pay to play which he is apart of and that was shared in here recently.

5. the last pic was shared with me and honestly I’m adding in here to just further my point of concern with this guy. I never realized how bad of vibes thank you for dancing was until I made a post recently asking why the dining business was closed and people shared some crazy stuff!

He has popped up on my feed for a long time with various other influencers promoting his events. Recently some people shared that his events are “pay to play” aka the dj has to sell tickets and then they can play the venue which is generally frowned upon. I went looking and noticed one of his businesses was recently shut down but he has a party in a few days. Any tea?

His posts scream unprofessional and poor financial management.

I had no idea Halley had her ring sponsored by Kay. This seems so random.

All these people took turns coming out individually to get a photo.. even Alix you can see walking up to Stassi to walk out together.

The individuals putting the festival on were arrested less than 2 years ago (at the age of 20) for beating a 61 year old man so badly that he went to the hospital for a brain bleed.

In addition, Melting Margs LLC willfully registered their LLC with the same address and name as Marty Paris who defaulted on tens of millions of dollars to the city. There are tons of people in the community still hoping to get some of their $ back after bad dealings. Meltin Margs LLC also has been noted to not pay media from last year when they held a Meltin Margs fest that was noted to have gone poorly.

This year, tons and tons of influences in the city were asked to promote the fest by them and clearly none of the influencers did any research on the event or took time to look the organizers up. It’s embarrassing to me to take a ticket or willfully promote something like this without all of the information. I find it extremely frustrating seeing post after post before and now after promoting it.

This is my reminder to everyone to not trust what you see online. The influencers promoting it are the very reason I looked into their LLC in the first place and made my OP post here several weeks ago about how sketchy it was. Luckily our community in Lincoln Park has states it will NOT return next year.

From what I knew about Zarah she became famous from her dog Duke. She said in this video that she is always traveling, it costs her so much to care for him and she would have “never gotten a dog if she knew she’d live in NYC”. She said influencing is her job and it’s not her fault she takes the opportunities for brand deals and wants to travel the world and has him watched. She goes on to say that “I like to workout in the morning so I have a dog walker come for him”. What? I genuinely am so turned off because isn’t her dog the very reason she has any of this opportunity at all? In general, when you get a pet you accept that your lifestyle may change. Why can you not walk him in the morning if you like to workout? How weird to say this.

I am tired of people not doing their own research.

The paid ads you received have Melting Margs LLC as the purchaser. If you look up the Meltin Margs LLC you will see the owners of the company and you can check the LinkedIn and also confirm the other names associated. You can also then look and see the address in the same exact address and suite as Sedgwick Properties. Which is owned by Marty Paris. Marty Paris has ripped off tens of millions to Chicago and investors and now Frank Paris is registering his company at the same address as Marty which lends me to be concerned based off the previous defaults of loans.

Separately, yes they were charged with felonies. They all hired private lawyers and got the charges dropped. The older man was in the hospital suffering from a brain bleed. Now the jury trial has begun and I stand with the older man. I stand with not wanting to support a corrupt family that has ripped off millions of dollars from Chicago folks. This does not even including their rip off of another companies logo, not paying media and so much else. Thank you.

Context to LaurenBlakeee that I knew of before she was posted here. She is a OF Model advertising herself on there as a “biochem” graduate

Recently LaurenBlakee posted attending F1 in Monaco and there is a ton of speculation on the reasons she is there. I remember her being posted in this snark for posting her face over another creator’s and pretending it was her photo. I then read more about her and see she discusses being on top of your business but also recently clearly missed the mark by stealing that creators content. Whats her deal? How is she invited to all these events?

Laura has become close with Alix over the last year and she posted this routine for daily skin and didn’t include a single product from her line.

Then I saw this on my FYP of sally getting injected (I edited the needle out in case anyone is sensitive to them). I am so tired of the illusion it’s just that simple to put a product on and get great skin.

Ashley, the stepmom just posted they are done filming the show besides a round of interviews/photos. Idk if that poll posted by Alix of “what do you want to see on the show” was recent but that would make no sense then. Either way, does this mean less manufactured stuff will occur now? We shall see!

I am so over lazy businesses (again). I purchased tickets for Elderbrook before I noticed the following:

1. I noticed the content in the ads on my FYP wasn’t even from Chicago but other festivals (aka this one from California for example) that is put on by Insomniac.

2. I then notice influencers started posting ads for it

3. I look up the LLC for who is putting the event on and their company address is the same as SedgWick Partners and so is the name of one of the managers.

I am no longer interested and will be selling my tickets. Why would I want to go to a festival that is funding by someone who has defaulted so much like this and impacted tons of Illinois residents? I am surprised influencers are promoting this. Feels scammy.
