We will be staying at Paradisus in late November and wondering how to go about finding a reputable photographer that can take pictures of my family (husband + me + child).
We probably wouldn’t want to do anything more than a 30 minute session.
I just got my period for the first time since having my baby girl. I am currently EBF. I don’t know why I’m feeling this way but I’m scared my body is going to let me down when it comes to my supply. I have always had a great supply, and my daughter hasn’t ever had issues latching or gaining weight. I feel blessed to have made it to 6 months but my goal has always been 1 year.
The thought of my supply dipping because my period has arrived, terrifies me. It makes me feel panicked that I haven’t built up my freezer stash. I just don’t want the decision to be made for me.
Tonight I pumped (I don’t regularly pump unless I know I’m going to be away from her for the evening) and I didn’t even get an ounce.
Is there any trick to keeping your supply up when you get your period? Has anyone else felt this the first time they got their first period PP? I know my hormones are also probably raging right now but this has had me in tears all night.
