We recently flew with Air transat and Porter, but fully booked on Porter website. When we arrived to check in, Porter told us to see Air Transat. We provided military ids for our free luggage, but air transat advised us that we needed to fill out a form prior to check in to claim ouf free luggage. So her solution was for us to pay out of pocket and claim it through Porter later. Which she said is apparently SUPER simple, however I cannot find an email to contact them, there is no options on the website for our situation and the wait on the phone is HOURS. I’m hoping someone here might be able to help or maybe know of an email address?
