Case/Case Fans & Cooler Non-RGB Alternative?
I am planning my build and I've decided to go with a non-RGB build. I was gonna use the Phanteks XT PRO ULTRA ATX Mid Tower Case and the Thermalright Aqua Elite V3 360 AIO Cooler but since I am switching to non-RGB I would like feedback on if there are any alternatives to these that would be in a near (if not lower of course) price-range.
PS: This is my first PC Build so don't judge if I'm saying stupid stuff.

Simple Question: Any feedback on this PC?
It's my first time building a PC and I've researched for a while and narrowed the parts down to the ones on this list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/jRBwg3
My maximum budget is around 2500-2800 USD. Please give any feedback if necessary no matter if it's about are any cheaper options for components I should use, cooling/noise issues, airflow or literally anything else.
Again it's my first time so please don't bully me too much.
Also prices may vary based on where where you live just to clear up confusion.
