Who qualifies: Anyone in the US who bought a Tom's of Maine toothpaste product between November 21, 2020 and March 6, 2026 for personal use.

• Without proof of purchase: Payout based on average manufacturer's suggested retail price for one product. One claim per household.
• With proof of purchase: Full refund on what you paid, capped at three products. Receipts, invoices, or loyalty records accepted.
• Pro rata reduction: If total approved claims exceed the fund, payouts get reduced proportionally.
• Deadline: Submit online or postmark by July 6, 2026.

Gryphon Healthcare data breach, deadline April 16, 2026. July 2024 breach. $100 base or up to $5,000 with documented losses. No proof required.

Western Electrical Contractors Association data breach, deadline April 21, 2026. January 2024 breach. Up to $5,000 documented, $100 base. No proof required beyond being notified.

Tri Counties Bank data breach, also April 21, 2026. February 2023 breach. Up to $5,150. No proof required.

Ward Transport & Logistics data breach, deadline April 27, 2026. March 2024 breach. Up to $5,000. No proof required.

BFI Waste Services price hikes, deadline April 30, 2026. This one's different — it's about automatic contract renewals for commercial and industrial waste hauling customers, not a breach. Does require proof. $100+ depending on documented spend.

None of these require receipts except BFI. If you were notified about any of these breaches, that notification is essentially your ticket file before the April deadlines start stacking.
