hey guys I was wondering if you could give me some insight as to what bolc and dcc course is like and what we go through as nurses for training to be an officer. also, besides ur nursing responsibilities what are your officer responsibilitie?
I tried asking a recruiter and he just said I’d have to lead soldiers in morning formation n that was it but I find that hard to be true.
hey guys I’m looking to become an ICU nurse in the army and I want to join when I graduate but I’ve heard it’s not confirmed that they will train me for a ICU position. My long term goal is CRNA so would it be better to get icu experience first and just apply to crna school and the army after?
I was diagnosed with ADHD last year and honestly, I just wanted to take Ritalin/ adderall to help me focus to increase my chances of passing Nursing school. I had straight A’s in middle school and high school taking difficult classes and ended with the 4.9 HPA without meds. For the past year I decided to get my BSN and I haven’t noticed much of a difference in taking the medication so I stopped last month but I’m applying for the CO 31‘ and Ik ill go to DoDMERB in a couple months do u think they’ll disqualif me? or at least let me get a waiver?
