Infosys Online Test Technical Failure & Support Team Ignoring Candidates (17 May 2026)
I am sharing videos and screenshots as proof of how careless the Infosys support team has been during our online test process.
While we were already under pressure and stress during the exam, serious technical issues started happening. Many candidates continuously tried contacting the support team through messages and calls, but our concerns were ignored for a long time. No proper response, no timely help, and no accountability.
This situation created huge mental stress and trauma for many of us because our careers and opportunities depend on these tests. Instead of resolving the issues quickly, the support system failed badly when candidates needed help the most.
I’m posting these videos and images so people can see the reality of how candidates were treated during the technical failure. We deserve a fair testing process and responsible support, not negligence and silence during critical moments.
