What am I doing wrong?? I feel like I'm fighting my needles
I've been working on this little piece just to get some practice in but I've watched 5 videos on how to knit and Im having a lot of trouble with it. I feel like I'm constantly fighting the needle and getting random holes in my piece (which I think is because I missed one loop?) and my work is just uneven in general. I recently started to crochet and it was much easier to pick up so I can't tell if it's just because I'm learning or if I'm doing something wrong. I'd appreciate any video recommendations, but I was starting with the step by step sweater tutorial (https://youtu.be/wtofisZp7EA?si=UpXs7hQ6TxKsefeQ). Casting on and everything else was fine but the knitting part is really making me frustrated especially since I spent 40 minutes trying to make that little bit of the gauge swatch.
