I’m a long-term Commander player with a lot of experience in TCGs attempting to teach myself and three friends of varying levels of card game proficiency Twin Suns. I need at least four decks to get started. Right now the most effective way I see is just purchasing one of each of the Precons for around $150.

Are there better options? I have zero problem building the decks and ordering singles on TCG Player, but I don’t know about the game enough to be able to peruse budget decklists and pick four that would be balanced around each other.
