So Ive got a friend who has recently had one person successfully refund over 7 times in the last 2 days. And every time the money came out of their account. They had already sent the money back to the person 3 days ago. But the person is still going through Paypal and successfully getting refunds for something thats already been paid

I was just wondering if there was anything with Paypal that they could do to get their money back from the person whos been taking their money

Edit. It was put through as G&S cause they do have their own business.
