Deck Pulley Access Lift - Why not standard?

Deck Pulley Access Lift - Why not standard?

Currently searching for a 48" zero turn to replace my 22yr old Kubota lawn tractor. Mower has been flawless with the V Kawasaki, wiring, tires, pumps but its the 42" deck where I lost the battle. Residential use 2acres with side hustle (beer money) cutting 3-4 neighbors lawns.

Constantly mowing tall grass, wet and damp conditions. Still, 22yrs years is as far as I could get with regularly pulling the deck end of season, or lifting weekly with spray down, blower. No garage, Kubota was stored covered outside but I'm building a 8x10 storage shed to keep the new toy dry and work on it.

Really focused on a stronger machine with more speed than my tractor that SHINES when it comes to regular deck maintenance. I need a deck that is easy to pull and maintain. But for some reason, a lot of these great machines do NOT come with an access lift for the deck pulleys ( ex. Liberty Z).

Its not often pointed out on the websites as a "feature" so was curious from those of you out there who have this, wich machines offer a bolt to pull or simple hinge mounted gate?

Considering the following - but no Deere or Exmark (no dealer close enough). $4k - $8K range:

Scag
Ferris
Gravely
Bobcat
Hustler
Toro
Walker
Ariens
