Reservation cancel fees - make sure you beg for it
So I’m being told it’s Lyfts policy to only pay us the $10 cancel fee for canceled reservations if we beg for it.
TL;DR: rider canceled on me within 30 minutes of scheduled pick up. I expected my pittance $10 fee, but got the notice saying it’s not eligible for a cancel fee. BS
