Should I be concerned with this 2nd molar slightly shifted/leaving red spot on cheek
Been having some on and off wisdom tooth discomfort and I noticed several weeks ago, my 2nd molar is shifted outwards more than my other teeth.
Upon pulling my cheek to the side there is a red spot area that is where the 2nd molar is. No ongoing consistent discomfort or pain.
I've been back and forth to the dentist for another tooth over the past few months and idk if this tooth has just been like this for a long time and I just noticed it or if it could've shifted significantly over the past several months. Idk if I should be concerned or if it can be tolerated.
I have a root canal for the other 2nd molar on the left side next week at an endodontist so I can ask them to look at it quickly but wanted to gather general thoughts about it until then
