Hello! I had a bunch of bloodwork today:

HbA1C: 4.6
Fasting blood glucose: 82 mg/dL
Fasting insulin: 4.8 uUI/mL
Glucose 2hr post 75g glucose drink: 45 mg/dL
Insulin 2hr post 75g glucose drink: 8.8 uUI/mL

I actually felt okay-ish at the blood draw, but 30 minutes later I was weak and shaky and my vision was weird. This sometimes happens after high carb meals, but I don't eat high amounts of sugar very often. Is this reactive hypoglycemia? Is it dangerous?
