Today is my first day and trying to get to 150lbs on Latuda

Me: 5'10" 198lbs, male, and trying to get to 150lbs. I originally started at 238lbs but I wasn't tracking calories just taking Zepbound. I'm now on Foundayo and want to track calories because I've hit a wall. I've spent so many times trying to eat 1500 calories a day and this time, I'm so fed up I'm actually going to do it. I've made motivating music that revolves around eating 1500 calories every day, and made an awesome project with quotes that unlock when I hit a certain amount of days on a 1500 calorie day diet. All the way to 200 days of eating 1500 calories, because that's the timeline I'm supposed to hit 150 if I stay consistent.

I know I don't have to eat that little to lose weight but I'm looking for more faster results. Most apps suggested 1672 to lose 2lbs a week, so 1500 isn't that far off. I'm also switching from Risperadol to Latuda which should make weight loss easier to adhere to.

Wish me luck!

Gas Prices

Eat out of a can.
Save money if you can.
I don’t drive.
I’m feeling alive.
Gas isn’t that expensive.
But eating out of a can is inexpensive.

Graffiti Birthday Balloons

I want a party.
With balloons.
I’m going to have it soon.
I want the pretty artwork on the sides of the roads.
A giraffe, a turkey, maybe a toad.
How about a balloon with the artwork from the roads?
Yes that will do and maybe a toad.

Cleaning The Kitchen With Salt

Get the hell up out of my house!
These poltergeist are running about.
Make yourselves useful and get out a mop.
Makes my ass cheeks flop.
Your scaring away the birds.
Why don’t get out that mop and clean up all the turds.
No poltergeist is going to stay up in my house.
These poltergeist are running about.

For Me I Eat More

I’m tired of the change,
I want my food in my hand.
Too many hours having slow time.
When I know I can make food a life now.

The courage is beneath me.
But I remain on top, you see.
If it doesn’t hurt.
Don’t give it another chance.

For Those Who Eat 1200-1500 Cal A Day, Does Your Body And Mind Get Used To The Hunger?

Hello, I started at 238.7 lbs and now I am 194.1 lbs. I've lost 42.7 lbs in 3 months. I haven't been counting calories just taking Zepbound, but now I have decided to eat 1500 calories a day and wondering if I will get used to it and have less hunger as I do more of it. 1500 calories some days is hard and I've only been able to do it a few times. For those who have been successful eating 1500 calories or 1200 calories, does your body and mind get used to the hunger signals? I've made a Numbers chart that tracks my calories and mood I have the next morning to remind me how I feel about waking up knowing I dominated my 1500 calorie goal. It seems to be helping a lot but really want to know if my hunger signals will subside and want those who have been successful eating 1500 - 1200 calories a day to suggest if it gets easier.
