I'm currently alloted Mnnit allahabad mechanical engineering, is there any scope here, can I expect an upgrade to nit Rourkela mechanical since my rank is 14993, or should I take circuital branch in coep or vjti (Maharashtra top college) which I can get quite easily since I have 99.8%ile in mht cet.

And tell about the placement as well
