For a Dreamcast at my local retro game store for $100!
This happened the other day, but I had been wanting to own a Dreamcast for a while now yet I decided to try and start building an OG Xbox collection and focusing efforts on trying to get that since it’d be easier (and because the OG Xbox feels like the closest thing we got to a Dreamcast successor with all of the SEGA sequels on there like Shenmue 2 and Crazy Taxi 3). Low and behold someone local pinged me in a small server we’re both in and showed me a Facebook post from a few minutes ago from our local retro game store and I just knew I didn’t want to miss the chance to get one! It was $135 but I was able to trade in three games to knock it down to $100. I got NFL 2K with it so the total price was $105 but I’m happy to have saved a bit of money! The console works well and I ordered some CD-Rs for some other games (no way can I afford legitimate copies for some of these games lol)
