Hi guys new to the community 40 male

I was wondering if this looked like HS, I've had random lumps come and go under my armpit for a while now but this time it got big admittedly I did try to pop it a day ago.

I have an appointment but it won't be til Wednesday of next week at GP.

Any advice on what to use on it if it is HS or tips?
