Suddenly unwell kitten, need advice.

i have this kitten, she’s a over a month old by now (born april 7th) and is definitely small for her age, but she’s been eating and doing everything else okay. around noon today (3 hours ago) i go to check on her litter and notice her sleeping spread out but stiff, she was still breathing so i assumed everything was okay but i wanted to wake her up anyways. i picked her up and she stayed in her position. i moved her body to make sure nothing was broken or anything, and she moved okay but when i set her back down she just returned to her position previously. I freaked out and i was blowing into her mouth thinking she was going to die. i googled what to do and now i’ve warmed her up, and rubbed syrup water on her gums and she’ll wake up every now and then. she’s capable of moving but doesn’t do it often. her breathing is better, but every now and then she’ll sort of twitch? while breathing, like a hiccup almost. but i don’t know what to do now. if i pick her up, her head will lull back and she’ll be a little stiff but limp at the same time. i don’t have access to a vet right now, or even the money for one. she’s sleeping in one of my hoodies and i have a warm space heater (not hot, not cold) keeping her warm but keeping her space ventilated. she’s way better than she was, but she’s still not doing well. For more info, she’ll eat wet kitten food and nurse, but i’m giving her formula too because her siblings are getting more milk than she is, and so hopefully she’d grow some more too. she was doing really well yesterday.
