Hey! I love visual novels, and I'd really like to get some of my family members into them.

However: as they’re not SUPER into anime or manga, I'm trying to start with stuff like, say, Danganronpa.

That being said…while they can handle some fanservice (and just laugh it off), anything too excessive would probably overwhelm them.

(Was just reading Aokana, yesterday. While a fun story, there's plenty of fanservice, and an extensive conversation about pantsu, even in the censored release. That’s the kind of thing I'm trying to avoid, for now)

So…besides VNs with no H-scenes to begin with, what are some that they may like? Key springs to mind, as relatively tame, but what else?

Please only suggest games with either a censored English release or a toggle option, for H-scenes

(preferably where the H-scenes aren’t overly important. Katawa Shoujo, for instance, wouldn’t be the same without them, particularly in a few routes)

Hello there. I’ve only been pirating for a couple of years, and, fairly recently, I discovered the wonderful world of remuxes.

However: my TV, a TeeCeeElle, keeps reading my USBs as “corrupt”, even though they aren’t. (My aunt’s TV can read them fine.)

That’s weird enough…however, my older USBs are readable, but not any of the ones I have more recently purchased. I have to awkwardly keep deleting stuff even though I really don’t want to.

It's a Goggle TV one, FYI, and I’m not sure whether an update has affected it, or something. Regardless, it’s fine with USBs it already recognises, but not with any other ones.

(I pirate so much stuff that I’m thinking of getting a hard drive, however, again, I’m terrified of it reading as corrupt.)

Hello there. There's an old movie, from the 1940s, that I'm interested in watching. However, it's only available on DVD, not Blu-ray.

The DVD release looks fine, however, a certain television channel has broadcast it *restored*, and their version (available online) looks even nicer, from the free clips.

The problem? You need to link your TV provider to access it..aaaaaaaand it's not available in my country.

I'd buy it in a heartbeat, if I could. However, as I can't, I'm having to look at, erm, OTHER options.

I love classic musicals and the actress Carole Landis, however, I cannot for the life of me find a decent copy of this film.

It’s only available on DVD, not Blu-ray, and every version I can find online is blurry and basically unwatchable.

HOWEVER Turner Classic Movies *does* have a restored version available online, and, from the clips, it looks great.

The problem? TCM isn't available in my country, and you need to link your TV provider to access it. Can anyone help me out?
