I covered what felt like the heavy hitters: Blue Ox and Country Jam for festivals, The Brewing Projekt and Phoenix Taproom for the craft beer scene, The Joynt and The Fire House for dive bar energy, 3rd & Vine and Helix for the wine/cocktail crowd, Big Falls and Carson Park for outdoor stuff, and the free Thursday concerts at Phoenix Park.
