For several weeks now I've had an area near the opening of my left nostril to my philtrum which has been irritated. Sometimes it appears to start clearing up and the next morning it's back in full force.

I previously used Flonase and was told it could cause it. It begin probably 2 weeks into the last time I restarted it. It's been 3 - 4 weeks since I've stopped Flonase, but the spot persists. I used mupirocin and tacrolimus on it for over 2 weeks, but didn't seem to have any effect and so I stopped. I am currently one week into twice-daily doxycycline.

The spot sometimes feels a little warm and occasionally is itchy.

Any ideas what this could be?
