Am i even pregnant? i need an abortion if so

So im 19 and i am afraid that i might be pregnant. I still live with my parents and abortions have never been legal in my country. Because of this, plan b’s are super hard to access, pregnancy tests aren’t sold in normal stores and abortion pills are very inaccessible here. I was raped, that man cannot be the father of my child, i do not want to keep it. I’m not even really sure if I’m pregnant because tests are so hard to get here. the conception date would’ve been about 2 weeks before my period. when my period came, it was SUPER light. My cramps were as painful as they normally are and my breasts were tender as usual, i even had period poops but something feels off. I wake up nauseous almost every morning, and ive recently been having weird cramps/pain in my lower abdomen. If i really am pregnant, i would be around 4 weeks right now. I dont really feel any other symptoms (appetite is normal, no tender boobs no excessive peeing) Does this sound like pregnancy? and if so, what do i do? remember abortion is illegal here but i cannot keep this baby. Please please please help me please
