Hello I recently got hired on at the Charleston plant and wanted to know how pto works here. I am trying to figure out my start date originally had a vacation planned for August before I got hired on but the tentative start date given would mean the training over laps with the vacation so trying to figure out if I should start after the vacation which I really don’t want to or if I can reschedule the vacation to September. So is it split up between vacation and sick or just one big bank and are you given the time as soon as you’re hired on?
