Is CLS over enrolled cause of the aid offers to defer?
Currently on reserve and am curious if it's over for me.

Looking for apartments recs for an incoming law student. I'm mid 20's and looking to live a lone in a one bedroom preferably with an in unit washer and dryer. Budget is around 2500-2700 a month but would not complain about something cheaper. I'm interested in AQ Rittenhouse, Rittenhouse Claridge, and the left bank. Do any current residents or law students have any recommendations? I'm also not brining a car so would prefer to be in a walkable area. Thanks
Any advice on private loan lenders? Going to a t-14 at sticker so I will need to use private loans. For context my parents are well off and have good credit so I'll qualify for the loans but I want to minimize the rate as much as possible. Was planning on do all private for the lower rate but the consensus here seems to be federal loans are better. Does it make any sense for me to do all private? Planning on doing big law, not concerned about burnout because my pre law school job is equally demanding.
Currently lucky enough to be admitted to and deposited at an upper t-14 and am writing a loci at my dream school. Is it acceptable to mention where I am deposited in my letter or should I hold off? For context these schools are near peer schools and the one I'm deposited at is harder to get into than the one the loci is for.
Incoming 1L deciding between these schools and a couple t20's with significant scholarship. Was wondering what recruiting was like from Penn/nyu/columbia. Obviously I know big law isn't a guarantee but I want to maximize my chances of getting. Goals are nyc Transactional - not really open to other markets. Would any students at these schools be able to share their experience with career services and recruiting?
Edit: Penn/NYU/Columbia would all be sticker but the t20's would cost under $100k.
