Microsoft Edge opening on it's own to show me an ad?

I'm making this post to ask if this is normal behavior for edge and if so how do I stop it... I only used edge 2 days ago and opened like 3 tabs and stopped using it.

The image is of the site that opened randomly. I haven't installed any suspicious files neither have I clicked on any malicious links so I doubt it's a virus but edge opening randomly seems really weird?

After an amd driver update my pc completely froze.

Computer Type: Desktop

GPU: RX 9070 XT

CPU: RYZEN 9 9900X 12 Core

Motherboard: ASRock B650M-C

BIOS Version: American Megatrends International, LLC. 3.25

RAM: Delta 64 gigabytes ddr5 4800MT/s

PSU: SAMA White 850W Power Supply 80 plus gold

Case: ASUS A31 Atx mid tower

Operating System & Version: Microsoft Windows 11 Home

GPU Drivers: AMD Adrenaline Edition 26.6.4

Chipset Drivers: AMD 8.05.04.516

Background Applications: Steam, Chrome

Description of original problem: After I got a notification that AMD was installing the new GPU drivers I walked away to deal with something and came back to it being frozen, I couldn't move my mouse or use my keyboard in anyway at all.

Troubleshooting: I unplugged both my mouse and keyboard and they would light up but neither would actually do anything on the monitor. I unplugged the monitor from the GPU via Displayport and it still showed the same image. After changing the display port the monitor connected to, the GPU started showing artifacts on the frozen screen (I wasn't able to record any of it). I then pressed the power button and it had a delayed shutdown taking the system about 5-10 seconds to actually power down. I unplugged the pc and turned off the power supply and held the power button for 15 seconds then re-plugged it in and just as I got the windows sign in screen the entire system froze up again. I eventually powered on the pc but without wifi and it seemed to fix it? I'm not sure if there is anything I need to be cautious about or rollback to an older driver version.

Finding replacement stopcocks for kontes dean stark apparatus

I recently purchased some used glassware and some of them arrived without a pfte turning valve stopcock (yes I checked if the joint is cloudy or not and they are clear so I know it needs a ptfe stopcock) I measured with calipers and for most of them it was pretty easy to find a replacement, but for this Kontes dean stark apparatus/trap I couldn't find anything. I'll add all the measurements below that I could accurately get

The wider hole is 14mm and the smaller one is 10.5mm and the length is 30mm

I checked ebay and other websites to see if there was a stopcock with similar measurements. The closest I could find is a 15.2/30mm ptfe stopcock which obviously isn't close.

The Kontes dean stark piece doesn't come up when I search for it on google. I only get things that are pretty close to it but not exactly the one I have.
