Need help/suggestions.. Never had such a hard time trying to create a cosplay like I have with this character: Mercy (from Overwatch)

I am trying to replicate characters from other games, TV and animated shows..

But I am having so much trouble recreating this, her armour is ridiculously difficult to find anything for, the dyes are terrible for matching (Khenarthi's chest in particular, closest I found, but the colour scheme is out of whack)

The legs are also a nightmare, whenever something starts to look okay, the thigh pads completely ruin the look, and when they don't, the back looks comically horrendous (pants instead of drapes coming down to cover the butt)

Sooooo.. MiY came into town back when Christopher/Jasper/Victor and his mom & sis were around, came like everyone else in a car, supposedly claiming he saw the tree and all that jazz..

My initial thought was, huh, that will put MiY's new form in their crosshairs, and out him/her.

But then I thought for a second more, and realized that makes EVERYONE a potential suspect, and yeah, okay, I can see how that would make them "tear each other apart"..
