Hi everyone, I'm a tank, kinda new to the game and I'm looking for shields that are big because I feel like most of the shields I see are way to small, I feel like my tank can't hide behind it and it bothers me, so any recommendations?

Well, to make long story short - i need advice how to improve my build.

DPS Focused.
Main: Dual Wield Swords
Secondary: Long Sword

My subclasses:

Ardent Flame
Aedric Spear
Assasination

Looking for Maximum DPS but fast paced as much as possible.

Bought like 7 pieces + 2 One Handed Swords of Briarheart - and just realized it's kinda silly, since bonuses go up to 5 pieces... so, it's a waste... and should combine it with another set or something...right?

what other armor pieces, jewelery, long sword should i combine with my current state?

Just a friendly warning for those who play dot builds and proc sets

Noticing the NM has some odd bug that occurs from time to time with certain proc sets and dot builds

More times than I’d like to count several proc sets such as null / sheer venom / storm cursed / azure/ rune carver / venomous smite just to name a few simply give the animation but aren’t actually doing damage .

Also with dot skill be aware many times some of my dots are also simply not doing any damage only way to fix it seems to be leaving the NM (doesn’t always fix it) or restarting the game ! Figured I would give the warning as i think it’s happening to a lot of players and often but people don’t realise with all what’s going on in the moment

This was in Battlegrounds too so there is no champion shenanigans or whatnot, only thing I can think of is using Arkasis, eternal warrior, and potentates, maybe his buddies were using Cryptcannon too? It was a 4v4 btw, he wasn’t getting kills he was just standing there

If you don’t have something like protection/spirit guardian up you just take way too much damage, its not fun to play against as any class, especially with the new Signet mythic, having to eat a 15k whip because they pressed a button and they’re immortal on top of it, it is absurd. I have Vanguard’s Challenge debuff+ Major and minor maim on them and Guard on an ally and they still obliterate my ally with 22k armor and 27k health(without minors and majors), why does one ult allow you to just be a god in PVP? Its not fair or fun to fight against in PVP, genuinely the most absurd ability right now

I have most motifs, most costumes, all ambrosia recipes. I have the Count title and all the smaller houses I liked. All crafting stations in my house.

I don’t want to buy crowns right now and I have the assistants and mounts I need.

I’m a bit tired of bank rolling yet another account.

I was today years old when I realized that when you’re in a group dungeon, once the activity is completed, you can simply open the Activity Finder and queue/ready check for another dungeon right then and there. You can dive straight into the next one without ever leaving the instance! I’ve spent so much time leaving the dungeon, waiting for a loading screen back into the zone, and then re-queuing like an idiot. After realising you can do 5his I’ve hit like 10 dungeons in a row with the game group (it’s been a fun evening!)

I also recently realized that if you head to Stormhaven and speak to Maj al-Ragath, she gives you a daily repeatable quest for completing a specific dungeon. Pair that with your daily random dungeon, and you can essentially get double the rewards upon completion.

Another one I only just realised (after several hundred hours of play) that if you hold down R2, you constantly deal a heavy attack, then if you press a skill, it queues that skill, once the heavy attack has been completed your toon will automatically execute that skill, then head straight back into heavy attacking, where you can then press and queue your next skill.

Does anyone know any other other tips or tricks out there that eejit players like me might be completely overlooking lol
