What traits should I as an aspiring crafter prioritize regarding research?

So of course the ultimate goal is to have everything researched but since my character seemingly grows more lazy the more traits of an item I research the last few traits take an insane amount of time to research. I've also noticed that seemingly not all traits are of equal importance for either their uses or for the specific item they're attached to.

The ice staff for instance has some passives and special effects that benefit tanking builds so I thought that the defending trait must be of extra importance on the ice staff. What other cases of things like this are there? What about the other staves? Light vs medium vs heavy armor? Shields? Swords vs greatswords vs mauls etc? There are so many things that seem to differ and what traits are preferred in pvp vs pve?

Furniture Crafting needs filters or a better menu system.

Recently started getting into housing and I am now on my 3rd build which means I am starting to acquire a lot of plans, and I am tearing my hair out trying to find things. Is this not frustrating to anyone else?? Woodworking especially, I have hundreds and hundreds of plans known and scrolling through the list looking for something in particular is tiresome, can we please get some dev love for furniture crafting ZOS. Let us collapse sections or give us a search function, something to make it less painful.

Second round of Whitestrake's Mayhem?

Anyone know if we're gonna be getting the second round of Whitestrake's this month? They usually do it twice a year and so far I am not finding any news regarding it.

General downtime question

EU login servers are down. I started playing ESO again like 14 days ago and during that time there was downtime because of maintananace day. There was problem with login servers once and tonight it happened again. I don't belive this is normal state of servers. There are successful MMO games with zero downtime and it looks like ESO is game with most downtime in this genre.

Is this some super bad luck or standard state of this game?

PS: I wouldnt ask if I didnt like game. I just dont like this service.

Edit: Good to know there is rule about server status here.... Make sense.

Edit2: PC platform.

What furnishing components were used to create the windows/walls?

It is the same style as the Alinor Greenhouse build structure, but it can't be that as the structure in this image is far larger.

Minotaur Shaman rummaging through dirt on the coast near Daggerfall City?

Just stumbled upon this thing.

The encounter went as well as you might expect.

Google and ESO wiki say nothing about it, and I'm scared.

What is this effect around the torso of this person?

Apologies if the quality is poor, but I’m wondering what the effect surrounding this persons character is? He has starlight dots around the edges and theres a blue hue at the center

I made the Bloodroot Forge axe

It weights about 25lbs and is made from mild steel and ash wood. Engravings are all done by hand. If you are at ESO Tavern next weekend, feel free to take part in my strength challenge
