Do you actually like your letting agent?

I'm a tenant, renting via an agent and recently the overseas landlord popped in to visit the house. Everything was done correctly and we had a good chat.

I mentioned that I thought the agents were pretty poor communicators and talked about some problems we had. Something twigged in his mind and just started ranting about how much the agents weren't doing what he asked for at the property either...

Made me wonder if this is universal or if we've just had bad luck. For landlords who use an agent - do you actually rate them, or is it just one of those things you put up with?

Indoor grass football pitches?

Are there any indoor football pitches that aren't hardcourt around Cambridge? All I've been able to find online are places like Kelsey Kerridge which is basically a multipurpose court, or the Abbey which is outdoors.

I'm looking for synthetic grass, but indoors.

Bioprocess / Biomanufacturing folks, is there a need for "Claude Engineering"?

Last week Anthropic released Claude Science, which is an app that integrates scientific tools together with Claude to allow scientists to focus on research etc. The product is mainly focussed on R&D, leaning towards drug discovery.

How do people think the future looks like for more engineering or manufacturing jobs, rather than resaerch? I'm interested in how people in MSAT, PAT, DSP etc see this. On the one hand it feels like a bundled AI tool could be helpful, on the other, LLM's won't really replace all the analytical work that's requireed.
